You didn't buy a $45 Stanley to set it on a gym floor.
Yet here we are. The bigger and nicer bottles got, the more absurd their gym life became — premium insulated steel, resting against the squat rack base, rim-down in chalk dust.
So when we built HADEED, the bottle sleeve had one job: fit the bottles people actually bring to the gym. Not a theoretical cylinder. Your actual Stanley.
Here's the honest fit guide.
The short answer
The HADEED carrier's stretch neoprene sleeve fits bottles from 21oz to 40oz — which covers nearly every bottle that walks into a gym:
| Bottle | Typical sizes | Fits? |
|---|---|---|
| Stanley Quencher | 30oz / 40oz | ✅ Yes — including the 40oz |
| Yeti Rambler | 26oz / 36oz | ✅ Yes |
| Hydro Flask | 24oz / 32oz / 40oz | ✅ Yes |
| BlenderBottle / shakers | 24oz / 28oz | ✅ Yes |
| Standard plastic gym bottles | 21–32oz | ✅ Yes |
| Small bottles | under 21oz | ⚠️ Fits loose — sleeve grips best from 21oz up |
| Half-gallon / 64oz jugs | 64oz | ❌ No — and we won't pretend otherwise |
| Gallon jugs | 128oz | ❌ Absolutely not. Respect. |
Why a stretch sleeve instead of a rigid cup
Bottle holders fail in one of two ways: a rigid cup that fits exactly one bottle diameter, or a floppy mesh that holds nothing snug.
HADEED's sleeve is double-sided neoprene — the wetsuit material. It stretches around a 40oz Quencher's broad body and still grips a slim 21oz shaker, because it's tension, not geometry, doing the holding. Drop the bottle in, the sleeve hugs it. Tip the carrier sideways (don't), and the bottle stays put.
"But will the magnets hold a FULL 40oz?"
The question behind the question. A full 40oz Stanley weighs about 3.5 lbs. Add your phone, keys and AirPods and the full loadout sits around 5–6 lbs.
The carrier's 6 N52 neodymium magnets are rated for up to 9 lbs of holding force — well over double the heaviest realistic load. It's not going anywhere. (And if it ever does: 30-Day Iron Promise. Full refund. We're not worried.)
The honest limits
Under 21oz: it'll sit in the sleeve, just without the tight hug. Your 16oz slim can-style bottle will live, but the sleeve was born for bigger.
Over 40oz: the half-gallon crowd, we salute you — and we're honest with you. It doesn't fit, and a carrier that could swallow a 64oz jug would be a duffel bag with magnets. That's not this product.
Square or odd-shaped bottles: stretch neoprene is forgiving, but it was designed around cylinders. Standard bottle shapes only.
The bottom line
If your bottle is the one you see at every gym in America — a Quencher, a Rambler, a Hydro Flask, a shaker — it fits. Snug, rim away from the floor, at eye level on the rack next to your phone and keys.
The $45 bottle finally gets treated like it cost $45.
