We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inventory shortages, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

HADEED products contain neodymium magnets. These magnets are securely encapsulated within the product construction and are compliant with CPSIA (US) and CE (EU) safety standards.

Customers should:

• Keep HADEED products away from pacemakers, defibrillators, and other medical devices with magnetic sensitivity
• Keep HADEED products away from children under 14
• Not attempt to remove, modify, or tamper with the magnetic strip
• Not use HADEED products for purposes other than their intended use as a gym equipment carrier
• Discontinue use if any damage occurs to the magnetic strip construction

HADEED is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to these guidelines.

All content on gethadeed.com, including but not limited to the HADEED name and logo, the Aza symbol (ⵣ), product designs, photography, written copy, video content, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the exclusive property of HADEED and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
