How the Iron Promise works.

Five steps. Plain English. No fine print buried at the bottom.

  1. Buy with confidence.

    Train with your HADEED for up to 30 days. Use it. Test it. Snap it to every rack in your gym. Load it with everything you carry.

  2. Decide it's not for you.

    Any reason. No reason. We don't ask.

  3. Email hey@gethadeed.com.

    Include your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (US customers) or return instructions (international customers).

  4. Ship it back.

    Drop it at the carrier. Keep your tracking number.

  5. Get your refund.

    Within 5 business days of us receiving your return, your full refund processes to your original payment method.

The fine print.

Less fine than you'd expect.

Who can use the Iron Promise

  • Anyone who bought HADEED directly from gethadeed.com
  • Within 30 days of receiving the product
  • For any reason whatsoever

Who can't

  • Customers who bought HADEED from third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, unauthorized resellers) — contact your point of purchase
  • Customers requesting refunds beyond 30 days from delivery
  • Custom or personalized HADEED products (none currently offered)

International returns

We cover return shipping worldwide. US customers get a free prepaid return label; international customers receive a prepaid label where available, or we reimburse your return postage. All returns go to: HADEED LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.

If the product is defective, we cover return shipping and replacement costs.

Defective products

If your HADEED arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days, we cover everything:

  • Full refund OR free replacement — your choice
  • We cover return shipping
  • We expedite the replacement

Damaged or defective?

Covered by the 30-Day Iron Promise — here's what counts.

What's covered

If your HADEED arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within your 30-day Iron Promise window, contact us — full refund or free replacement, your choice. This covers:

  • Stitching failures
  • Hardware failures (zippers, buckles, carabiner)
  • Magnetic strip failures
  • Material defects (neoprene separation, coating failure)

What's not

  • Normal wear and tear from heavy use
  • Damage from misuse or modification
  • Cosmetic wear (scuffs, fading from heavy sun exposure)
  • Damage from washing machine or dryer use

Train with HADEED for 30 days. Decide for yourself.

The Iron Promise means you have zero risk. The only thing you have to lose is your gear staying on the floor.
