Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Order before 2pm EST on a weekday and it often ships the same day.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. All orders include tracking.
International orders
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact hey@gethadeed.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and replace your order if needed.

- Used or unused condition. We expect you to actually try it.
- Original packaging not required (but appreciated).
How to return

We'll send you a prepaid return label (US customers) or return instructions (international).

Once received, your refund processes within 5 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
International returns
We cover return shipping worldwide. US customers get a free prepaid return label; international customers receive a prepaid label where available, or we reimburse your return postage. All returns go to: HADEED LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.
Defective products
If your HADEED gear has a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we'll replace it at zero cost to you. Email hey@gethadeed.com with photos.
