Orders are forged and shipped within 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your iron hits the carrier.
Carriers usually scan the first time within 24 hours of handoff. If 48 hours pass with no update, reach us and we'll chase it.
Only before we hand it to the carrier. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll redirect it before the forge sends it out.
The Iron Promise covers it. Send us a photo within 30 days — we replace it or refund you in full. We pay return shipping.
